Membership is a privilege.
By submitting this form, members acknowledge the standards, responsibilities, privacy expectations, and participation guidelines required to be part of the Lifestyle Erotique community.
Respect
Members are expected to treat all guests, members, staff, and venue personnel with maturity and consideration.
Privacy
Member content, photos, conversations, and event details should remain inside the private community.
Consent
Consent, boundaries, and personal responsibility are required throughout all online and in-person participation.
Membership Eligibility
I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age and that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.

Community Standards
I understand that Lifestyle Erotique is built upon respect, consent, discretion, and personal responsibility.

I understand that harassment, intimidation, threatening behavior, non-consensual conduct, or disruptive behavior may result in removal.

I understand that violations may result in termination of membership without refund.
Privacy & Confidentiality
I understand that Lifestyle Erotique is a private membership community and that discretion is essential to the experience.

I will not publish member photos or private content without consent.

I will not disclose confidential event information without authorization.
Event Participation
I understand that attendance at Lifestyle Erotique events is voluntary and may be subject to membership status, ticket purchase, approval requirements, capacity limits, and event-specific policies.

I understand that failure to comply with event guidelines may result in denied entry or removal from an event.

Assumption of Responsibility
I understand that I am responsible for my own decisions, actions, and conduct while participating in club activities, events, and online community spaces.

Photography & Media
I understand that certain events may include photography or promotional content where permitted and disclosed.

I understand that Lifestyle Erotique may identify designated photography areas or notify attendees when photography is planned.

I may request that personal images not be used in promotional materials where applicable.

I agree not to capture or share private photos or videos of other attendees without consent.
